1. I am intolerant to Gluten. What can I eat in your restaurant?
Outback Steakhouse, in co-operation with the Gluten Intolerance Group TM, are now providing a Gluten Free Menu.

2. I´m on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. What suggestions can you offer?
You can enjoy our steaks, pork and seafood dishes. Try adding melted bleu cheese to your steak. Avoid all soups, cabernet sauce, fat free tangy tomato dressing and mustard vinaigrette dressing. Order vegetables without seasoned butter. Try our chicken wings without breading.

3. Do you use Peanuts or Tree Nuts in your restaurant?
- We do not use peanuts as an ingredient, and we do not fry in peanut oil.
- Try our Bonzer Salad without the peanut sauce.
- Order the Steak House salad without the pecans.
- Order our Cinnamon Apple Oblivion without pecans.

4. I´m allergic to dairy products – how should I request my meal be prepared?
- Request your entree to be cooked in a separate frying pan without butter.
- There is no dairy in our seasonings blends.
- We can prepare our fresh steamed veggies without seasoned butter.
